Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 Business Days (where available)
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 Business Days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Motipel LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. However, we will assist customers in locating delayed packages whenever possible.
If your package is:
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Lost in transit
- Significantly delayed
Please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
